| "Yoga" is anything you do for yourself to develop peace of mind, emotional balance, and mental and physical health. One of the several Paths of Yoga is Mantra Yoga, or Meditation. Ted has been studying all forms of meditation since his initiation into TM, back in 1975.
Since then he has been initiated into SKY and SAHAJA YOGA
meditation, and received personal initiations from Marshall
Govindan, Roy Eugene Davis and Satguru Sant Keshavadas. He began teaching generic meditation techniques to students in 1991. His
Meditation and Wellness class at Glendale Community
College is a natural outgrowth of his own years of practice.
