| Ted's Gentle Yoga
specializes in helping everyday people learn the basics
of yoga and meditation. My technique combines
kundalini
breathing (pranayama) with stretches and bodywork (asana)
to release tension and to re-learn relaxation, thereby reducing
pain and stress. The goal is to restore balance and inner
peace. |

The scheduled courses are taught in the northwest part of the Valley at Glendale Community College, the Sun Health Community Education and Wellness Center, and for the cities of Glendale and Phoenix. Private classes are also available
within your home for one-on-one instruction, tailored to the individual's
own pace and skill level within the Phoenix area. Ted's Gentle Yoga is a great way
to learn yoga and meditation in a relaxed
and non-competitive setting.

force or impatience. Students learn to work with their bodies
individually, in a non-competitive way, by whatever method is most
appropriate for them. I view Yoga as a naturally-evolving dialogue between mind,

of ourselves - and, therefore, of others." |
